net stop 服务名称 ---停止服务

net start 服务名称 ---启动服务

sc config 服务名称 start= auto ---设置服务为自启动

sc config 服务名称 start= disabled ---设置服务为禁止

想用做成批处理就这样写

net stop 服务名称

net start 服务名称

sc config 服务名称 start= auto ---设置服务为自启动保存为bat就OK了。
